How to Install software for DreamBox satellite receiver

DreamBox is a USB interface device used to remove the software locks that restrict the use of some cellular phones by Siemens and Sony Ericsson phones. DreamBox can also be used to repair these phones if their software becomes damaged or corrupted, rendering them unusable. Before a DreamBox device can be used on a phone, the DreamBox Service Software package must be installed on your computer, providing you with the software tools necessary to make adjustments to your phone  led light
Instructions

Download the latest version DreamBox Service software from the DreamBox website. Install it by double-clicking the "SetupDreambox.exe" program icon and following the on-screen prompts in the setup wizard.

Connect the DreamBox device to your computer using the USB cable provided with it. Wait while Windows recognizes the device and installs the drivers.

Launch the DreamBox Service software. From the main menu, select the "DreamBox" option, then choose "Update Firmware" from the sub-menu. Wait while the software downloads the latest firmware version from the DreamBox server and installs it to your device. The device will be activated in the process.

Tips & Warnings
The DreamBox Service software requires a PC running Windows 98 or greater with a at least a 400MHz CPU, 16 MB RAM, a VGA video card and a powered USB port. Computers that do not meet these requirements cannot use the DreamBox software.
